Giveaway Terms and Conditions

These Giveaway Terms and Conditions describe how Luumaform (SIA Jursons) (“Luumaform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) organizes and administers prize draw campaigns (“Campaign”) via its official communication channels, including the Luumaform Instagram account @luumaform.

By participating in any Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Giveaway Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in a Campaign:

• You must be at least 16 years old at the time of entry.
• You must be a resident of a European Union country to which Luumaform delivers.
• Employees of Luumaform, SIA Jursons, persons directly or indirectly involved in the management, production, marketing, or organization of Luumaform, as well as their family members, household members, or professional partners, are not eligible to participate.

Luumaform reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and to disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign period will be specified in the relevant giveaway post published by Luumaform. Only entries submitted during the stated Campaign period will be considered valid.

3. How to Participate

Participation instructions will be clearly described in the Campaign post and may include actions such as following an account, liking a post, and submitting a comment.

• All participation steps must be completed in full to qualify.
• No purchase is required to participate.
• Participation must be made using the participant’s own social media account.
• Incomplete, misleading, automated, or fraudulent entries will be excluded.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) or more winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Campaign period ends.

• The winner(s) will be contacted via direct message using the account with which they participated.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days or fails to provide valid delivery details, Luumaform reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Prize

The prize details, including description and quantity, will be specified in the Campaign post.

• The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• Standard shipping within the European Union will be covered by Luumaform.
• Any personal tax obligations related to receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Personal Data

Luumaform will process personal data provided by participants solely for the purpose of administering the Campaign, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.

All personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Luumaform’s Privacy Policy.

7. Liability and Changes

Luumaform reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Giveaway Terms and Conditions or acts in a manner deemed unfair or abusive.

Luumaform may amend, suspend, or cancel a Campaign if required by applicable law or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, Luumaform shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Campaign or acceptance of the prize.

8. Governing Law

These Giveaway Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Latvia, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the participant’s country of residence within the European Union.

9. Platform Disclaimer

This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By participating, participants release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to the Campaign.
