We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If some of the items, after return and inspection, are identified as damaged, only partial refund is possible. LUUMAFORM will inform you of such inspection results and provide details regarding the partial refund amount. The partial refund will be calculated based on the condition of the returned items and the extent of the damage. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate refund amount in these situations.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and paper items such as posters, prints, cards, and other printed materials. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Non-Refundable Items and Costs
Please note the following important exceptions to our return policy:

Discounted Items
All items purchased at a discounted price or during promotional sales are final sale and not eligible for refund or return. This includes products marked as "sale," "clearance," "special offer," or any other indication of reduced pricing, as well as products purchased using any discount code (including but not limited to first-time purchase discounts, seasonal promotions, loyalty rewards, newsletter subscription offers, and referral codes). By using any discount code during checkout, you acknowledge that the items purchased will not be eligible for return or refund. -
Shipping Costs
While we will refund the full purchase price of eligible returned items in their original condition, any shipping costs applied to your original order are non-refundable. The initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Unclaimed, Refused, or Returned Packages
If an order is returned to LUUMAFORM due to refusal, failed delivery, or the package being unclaimed, the return will be processed under the following terms:

A restocking fee of 10% to cover handling and reinventory
If returned items are found to be opened, used, or damaged, LUUMAFORM reserves the right to:

Deduct a restocking fee of up to 20%, or

Deny the refund entirely in cases of substantial damage or wear
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
