Luumaform Shipping Policy
At Luumaform, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, including clear and transparent shipping information. Our logistics process is designed to ensure fast, reliable, and safe delivery across the European Union.
1. Shipping Model
Luumaform operates using a European manufacturing and logistics partners. This means that certain products are shipped directly from our trusted partner brands or warehouses across Europe. As a result:
- If your order contains items from different vendors, your products may be shipped separately.
- Each shipment will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.
- All deliveries remain covered under Luumaform’s quality and delivery guarantees.
2. Shipping Locations
This shipping policy applies to orders delivered within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g., UK, Switzerland, Norway, or international destinations), please contact us before placing your order for a custom shipping quote.
3. Delivery Times
Below are the estimated delivery times for all orders:
- Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (CET). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Order handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) before dispatch.
- Transit time: 9–13 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated total delivery time: 10–15 business days from order placement.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the product’s origin warehouse, vendor, and destination country.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated individually based on:
- Order contents and total weight
- Delivery destination and local carrier rates
- Dispatch location (for multi-vendor orders)
Exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout before confirming your order. For special or oversized shipments, a custom shipping quote may be provided after your order is placed.
6. Delivery Methods & Pickup Points
Depending on your location and carrier service, not all orders are delivered directly to your address. Some shipments may be delivered to the nearest pickup point for customer collection.
In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts to your address (for example, if the recipient is unavailable), the parcel may be redirected to a nearby pickup point for secure storage and collection.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Monitor shipment status through the provided tracking link.
- Check for carrier notifications regarding parcel delivery or redirection.
- Collect the parcel promptly from the specified pickup location.
Luumaform is not responsible for parcels returned due to unclaimed pickup notifications or missed collection deadlines. Such returns will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking details. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking link.
You can monitor the progress of your shipment at any time through the tracking link or via the Order Tracking page on our website.
8. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery (such as delays, lost packages, or damaged items), please contact our support team immediately. Our team will coordinate with the shipping partner and ensure a quick resolution.
Important: Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and include photographic evidence of the packaging and product condition.
9. Order Splitting & Multiple Deliveries
Because of our dropshipping model, multi-vendor orders may be shipped in separate packages. This allows faster delivery and ensures optimal product handling. Please note:
- Each package will have an individual tracking number.
- Packages may arrive on different days and from different carriers.
- Your order will be considered fulfilled once all packages have been successfully delivered.
